A lovely story about two women, one a veteran, and their dream to make delicious food and their love of pirates.
Kathy and Peggy moved up to Evergreen at the beginning of 2016 with a dream to open a brick and mortar restaurant to serve their community. After several years of searching, they decided to start Pieces Of Eight, a Pirate Themed food truck serving Comfort Food with a Twist and they also offer catering services.
Kathy and Peggy have a combined 35 years of restaurant experience, enjoy providing unique food options based on comfort classics.
